Gorgeous Day!

Thanks, Amy, for the motivation today!  I did go for a bike ride and it was beautiful.  I even did a little one-mile run afterwards to get the brick feeling and you are so right about how weird it feels.  I'm excited for our group rides.  

I'm looking for some runners for next Saturday - with a little more notice this time.  Anyone who would like to join me for a run, I'm planning on going next Sat. around 9:30 but could be persuaded to go at a different time if that works better for someone.  Laurel!  I'm counting on you, girlfriend!

    I would love to run next Saturday - how about doing it at 8:30? I live in South Lyon and would be happy to meet somewhere if I can have directions.

    I'm sure I could manage 8:30. I live right by Cynthia so we could meet at her house and maybe even convince her to join us. How does that sound?
